Dot Holman is one special lady.  Since 2011 she has been serving others.  She started an outreach group (Ambassadors Club) at the Maddox Y in Nashville.  They went to nursing homes, providing books, Bibles, food, etc.  Clark says he believes Dot has donated thousands of Bibles to those in need.  She would go to garage sales, estate sales, book store sales—hunting for Bibles.  Most recently Dot has set up mini-libraries for the homeless at the East Nashville Co-op ministry, Matthew 25, New Beginning Baptist Church/Shelter for Homeless Women, and at the Margaret Maddox YMCA.  My mother Ruth Simpson, aka Granny, donated WORK, PLAY, PRAY HARD to the libraries.  Here is  photo of Dot at the East Nashville Co-op in front of her mini library.  Thanks, Mom, for donating books!
